BizzBrix is subject to, among others, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Digital Services Act (DSA) and the Platform-to-Business Regulation (P2B). The competent supervisory authority for digital platform services in the Netherlands is the Netherlands Authority for Consumers & Markets (ACM). For privacy supervision this is the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
Do you have a complaint about BizzBrix, the operation of the platform or the processing of your personal data? Please contact us first via peter@bizzbrix.nl. The full complaints procedure and your rights are described in our privacy policy. Complaints are handled within four weeks.
