Every search request is structured by our AI agent and checked for consistency: budget versus m², timing versus lease, and completeness. Only complete, consistent search requests are published. Inconsistencies are sent back to the searcher for clarification.
If a searcher does not respond within 10 business days, your token is fully refunded. You never pay for a searcher's inactivity.

BizzBrix collects commercial real estate search requests across the Netherlands. In the dashboard you filter by postcode area, region or province, and by property type (office space, business space, warehouse, retail space, hospitality premises or other). Search requests outside your filter are not shown — you only see what fits your specialism.
A searcher can in principle receive several proposals — on average 2.3 per search request. The searcher independently decides which proposal fits best and accepts it. Tokens are only charged on accepted proposals. If your proposal is not chosen, your token remains fully intact.
